Holiday Inn Steamboat Springs, an IHG Hotel

I really enjoyed this property and found the staff to be exceptional, especially Quentin. We arrived at the hotel late on a Friday night after our reservation at a different hotel fell through and Quentin greeted us and promptly got us into our room. We decided to stay an extra night the next night and he accommodated us well, getting us the best rate and waiving the pet fees. The property was great for walking the dog with a paved sidewalk and grassy area. We also enjoyed having drinks and appetizers at Harison's and loved the decor they had there.

The staff were so friendly and the manager allowed us to change the date of our reservation when we weren’t able to make it for our original booking. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We had lunch at the restaurant next door and the food was quite good.

Shuttle to ski area was great! Nice sized room, bed and pillows comfortable. Nice to have bar on premises.

Friendly staff. Clean room and the staff at the Rex’s restaurant is great. Jacuzzi is nice and convenient shuttle to and from ski base. Rooms are a good size and multiple areas to sit and put things which is helpful with ski gear. Bed was comfortable.

The staff upon arrival waa very helpful and friendly. Also the room was clean.
